GoToGo Travel Solutions – Refund & Cancellation Policy
A. GoToGo Airport Shuttle (Gurgaon → IGI Airport)
- Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
- If GoToGo cancels the service due to operational issues, a full refund or reschedule will be provided.
B. GoToGo Fleet (Local Corporate Travel)
- Cancellation 24+ hours prior: Full refund.
- Cancellation 6–24 hours prior: 50% cancellation charge.
- Cancellation Under 6 hours: No refund.
Note: Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, or extra hours incurred.
C. GoToGo Shuttle to Agra (Same-Day Tour)
- Bookings are non-refundable due to advance planning, allotment of vehicles, and staff scheduling.
- Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
D. GoToGo RoomsnVenues
Refunds depend strictly on the specific hotel or venue’s policy. Cancellation terms and conditions will be clearly shared with you before booking confirmation.
Force Majeure (All Services)
Refunds or rescheduling will be offered in case of unforeseen events, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Unexpected political restrictions
- Major service disruptions
Refund Timeline
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
